Who we are

Ladies Golf Fashion is published by CMV Marketing, a company registered in the Netherlands.

What this site is

Ladies Golf Fashion is an editorial selection of women’s golf clothing and accessories. We do not sell anything ourselves: there is no cart, no checkout and no payment on this site. Every “Shop at” button takes you to the shop of a brand or retailer, where you buy directly from them.

Prices and product information

We check prices, sizes and availability at the shop when we add or update a piece, and show the date of that check where relevant. Shops change their prices and stock at any time, so the shop’s own page is always leading. We show a crossed-out price only when the shop shows a genuine earlier price, not a recommended retail price.

Buying from a shop

Your purchase contract is with the shop you buy from, under their terms, including delivery, returns and warranty. Questions about an order go to that shop. We are not a party to that contract and are not liable for the shop’s products, delivery or service.

Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking, the shop or its affiliate network may pay us a commission. It never changes your price. Read how this works in our affiliate disclosure.

Liability

We write our texts with care, but they are editorial opinions and general information, not personal advice. We are not liable for damage resulting from using this site or relying on its content, except where the law does not allow such a limitation, for example in case of intent or gross negligence.

We link to websites we do not control. Their content, terms and privacy policies are their responsibility.

The design, texts and selection on this site belong to CMV Marketing. Brand names, logos and product photos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products. Do not copy content from this site without permission; quoting a short passage with a link is fine.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting the rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
