We collect as little personal data as we can, and we never sell it.

Who is responsible

CMV Marketing is the controller for the personal data processed through this site.

Visiting the site

Like every website, our hosting provider Hostinger processes technical data such as your IP address and browser in server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website. These logs are kept only for a limited period.

Clicks to shops

When you use a “Shop at” button, our own redirect records which piece and shop you clicked, the page you came from, your browser type, the site language and the time. We do not store your IP address and do not set a cookie for this. We use it to see which pieces are popular and to check affiliate reports. Legal basis: legitimate interest. We delete these records after at most 24 months.

Cookies and analytics

We currently use no analytics. The cookie banner stores your choice in a functional cookie. Should we add analytics or marketing tools later, they only load after you give consent in the banner, and we will list them here and in the cookie policy.

Newsletter

If you sign up, we store your email address and site language to send you our newsletter. Legal basis: your consent. Until we connect a mailing service, sign-ups are kept on our own server; once we do, we will name that service here. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us, or through the link in every newsletter. We delete your address when you unsubscribe.

Emailing us

If you email us, we use your message and address to reply. Mail to info@ladiesgolffashion.com arrives in our mailbox at Hostinger and is forwarded to a Google Gmail account. We keep correspondence as long as needed to handle your question.

Shops and affiliate networks

When you click through to a shop, that shop or its affiliate network (for example bol, Awin or Webgains) may set cookies on their own site to register that you came from us. They do this under their own privacy policy. We receive commission reports from them, never your name or order details.

Who processes data for us

• Hostinger: hosting and email.
• Google: the Gmail account our email is forwarded to. Google may process data outside the EU, under the safeguards the GDPR requires.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing. Email info@ladiesgolffashion.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
